Meet The Team

Introducing a team of highly skilled mediators with diverse expertise to facilitate conflict resolution.

A little about the picture you see here: We view this bridge as a symbol of hope to building a better future. This bridge sits over the Little Missouri River in Montana. Living out on the ranch in Montana, crossing the river could be dangerous, depending on the time of year and what the weather was like that year. Being a forward thinking and a problem solver, William Bonefield (Rochelle and Paula’s grandfather), had a plan. He purchased this bridge from the railroad company. The bridge was by the fairgrounds in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. He purchased it and put it on his ranch, solving the problem and making crossing safe, giving the bridge a new bright future in Montana. It sits there today, being used every day, some 40 years later. This is our hope for you as you navigate this process of mediation and arbitration – that you find a solution that helps you build a bridge to a better future.
